The fundamental objective of this report was to collect the micro-level data in order to be able to estimate the costs of adaptation to climate change. For this purpose, a data collection protocol was established. On the basis of this protocol, questionnaires were sent out to determine climate impacts, current expenditures (both capital and operating), and other technical factors relevant to social infrastructure.
